Centralised Group Lubrication System
The Centralised Lubrication System (Multi-injector) provides reliable and virtually maintenance free performance in most demanding conditions.
Multi-injector Lubrication System is radial type electrically operated – motorised and has a controller to provide precise amount of lubricant periodically, when the machine is operating.
System comprises full kit that includes an electrically operated pump with integral reservoir & PCB timer, Lubricant injectors, Tubing and Fittings.
Depending on type of model, the multi-line / Multi-injector pump has a radial manifold with number of ports (outlets) ranging from 12 to 84.
Each port (Outlet) can be fitted with a separate Pumping unit / injector. And each Pumping unit / injector is directly connected to the bearing point
by a nylon tubing line.
NO DISTRIBUTOR BLOCKS required, hence no frequent jamming problems. Works very good with grease upto NLGI 2 grease grade.
Each injector can raise pressure over 100bar as & when required, meaning each lube line will have adequate pressure.
Multi-injector is a compact & powerful pump, capable delivering nlgi 2 grease upto 20 meters of distance in radius.
